John has been building and repairing desktop computer systems and laptops using Microsoft Windows based operating systems since 1988. He is an expert in his trade and is capable of handling any problem(s) that may come up with any of the Microsoft operating systems both past and present to date. 

John has been a Certified Microsoft Partner and Certified System Builder since 2002.

In order to stay current with today's constantly changing software programs and hardware capabilities, John remains enrolled with the Microsoft for Partners program and is constantly upgrading his learning skills to stay current with today's rapidly changing PC based environments through all classes provided by Microsoft and the Company's subsidiaries.

Irish Charm is a home based business that has succeeded primarily through word of mouth recommendations... with very little advertising. Our main goal is to give each customer complete satisfaction with the services that we provide so that we will be called upon to return each time that our services are needed in any of the fields of service that we provide.
