Supposedly in the past I have had computer experts work on my computers and was disappointed time after time. They cost me lots of time, money, and aggravation. I would get the computer back and it would work for a short time and then the same problems would come back again. Reluctantly I tried yet another computer expert and this time I finally got lucky. John not only knows his way around computers, but is willing to go the extra mile to make sure his customers are happy with the work he performs. One time he even went out late one night and bought the parts for me because he knew I didn't have time. Another time I got the parts and he stayed up until 3am working on my PC, so I could have it for some time sensitive materials that had to be completed.
